MR. JACK MAZWI

Director & Chairman

Jack Mazwi director and chairman of the Tipp Focus Group, believes that people management is at the core of the groups offerings.  “We offer people-oriented services, and this comes into play in how we manage our business,” he says.  “Both client and employees are very important to us, and it is vital that we offer them the opportunity to be empowered.”

With over 15 years experience working in a number of projects as a Programme / Project Manager, Business Analyst, Management Consultant in the areas of IT Strategy & Planning, Business Process Integration, Systems integration and Development and Organisational Transformation projects. Some of the organisations that Jack worked for include Accenture, Unisys, IT&T and Mercedes Benz Finance.

He is also part of the founding members of e-SEK Solutions, PM Focus Consulting and Tipp Focus Resourcing. His collective knowledge and experience has been applied in the Information Technology, Government, Transport, Forestry, Retail and Financial sectors.

When it comes to his leadership philosophy, Mazwi firmly believes in the power of strategy. “It unites organisations in a common purpose and vision,” he notes. “Once strategy has bee defined, and the team has been informed of it, i believe in letting people run with that strategy.  I also believe in creating a culture of planning within the group, making sure that our activities are aligned with our strategy.  Because we offer strategic development and implementation services to clients, it is important that we live this philosophy as an organisation.”


 

MR. MOHAMMED JABBIE

Managing Executive Resourcing & Recruitment Services

Mohammed holds an advanced Management Development Program qualification with GIBS (University of Pretoria).

Mohammed started off his career in 1998 with a well-known Recruitment House where he excelled within new business development and the delivery of turnkey projects to such a successful level that he plucked up the courage to start up and run his own business in 2001, specializing in IT Recruitment. The business was acquired by Paracon Holdings in 2004, he kept a shareholding in the company which he eventually sold the remainder off in 2006.

He joined Tipp Focus from January 2006 up until September 2007 as Recruitment Manager.

He then joined EOH late in 2007, within New Business Development and Key Account Management space where he was awarded many accolades. Mohammed won incentive trips both locally and abroad, and received recognition throughout his 9 years tenure with EOH for his commitment to Service Excellence, consistent delivery on projects and his excellent people skills that enable him to harness the skills and expertise of his peers, subordinates and senior management alike.

Mo has subsequently rejoined Tipp Focus Group as the Managing Executive of Recruitment and Resourcing.
